FAQs

 

  • NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES – All items are final sale including pre-made creations.

 

  • Please give up to 7 – 14 business days for items that are customized with specific details.

 

  • Pre-made items are ready to ship and will be shipped out next day (Items ordered on Saturday will be sent Monday).

 

  • Shipping cost is non-negotiable and is based on the weight of your package.

 

  • Bulk orders including group t-shirt orders, group glass items, or company labels must be made at least a week in advance – a rush fee of $20 will be added to cover additional expenses (Estimates are available and can be sent before the official invoice). Please see “T-shirt Bulk Order Policy Agreement” below for additional information.

 

  • ALL orders will be shipped – Drop Off/Pick Up is no longer available starting 05/01/2020.

 

  • All customers will receive emails on when their order is in progress and when it has been shipped.

 

  • Tracking Numbers are sent through email to all customers from GoShippo/Shopify.

 

  • Special orders – Orders that include items that may have to be ordered online to fulfill the creation, please add an additional week for Nita’s Hands to receive those items.

 

  • The company’s personal Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, & Venmo are not available - Invoices are sent via email and is used for both the convenience of the company and the customer.
